Trinity Church Young Families Worker

We’re looking for a Young Families Worker to join our team and help build strong, nurturing connections with families within the Newcourt and Clyst Heath communities.

This is a meaningful opportunity to walk alongside families practically, emotionally and spiritually — offering support, leading activities, and encouraging faith exploration. Based within the parish that Trinity Church serves, you’ll play a key role in outreach and discipleship among young families, helping them feel connected, encouraged and rooted in community.

As a Young Families Worker, you’ll lead toddler and family groups, develop creative activities, and support parents through life’s ups and downs. You’ll also help build relationships with schools and local agencies, extending the church’s reach and impact beyond its walls.

• 1 day per week (7.5 hours)
