We have a few tools that help you manage rent.

We use PayPal for making rent payments.

You don’t need to have a Paypal account for this!

After the first screen that asks for the payment amount, select the button that says “Pay by Debit or Credit Card”. This will bring you to a screen asking for payment details.

Please don’t ignore it if there is a problem with paying your rent.

Please get in touch and discuss whats happening with your support worker (if you’re in stage 1 or 2), or your tenancy worker (if you’re in Exwick, or Sidwell Studios).

If rent has been missed, we will ask you to fill out a rent repayment agreement. This ensures that everyone knows what rent you expect to pay.

YMCA Exeter operates a charitable donation Rent Bursary scheme that helps young people who are currently living in our Newcourt accommodation to be able to enter into full time employment.

This is because as your income from your employment increases, the amount you receive from Housing Benefit decreases.

Please speak with your support worker to find out more about this, and if this applies to you.

We have several rent calculators to help you estimate how changes to your income will impact your housing benefit and your top-up.

Find it by clicking the button below.

Spring is here 🌷🐇 We have loved seeing little sig Spring is here 🌷🐇

We have loved seeing little signs of Spring bloom over the past week. Spring can be a reminder to some that better, brighter days are ahead and flowers can remind us that what was sowed and laboured over in the cold, hard months will eventually flourish.

Here is a lovely spot our staff and residents in Exeter often enjoy when walking nearby in the city centre. What signs of Spring have you spotted this week? 🌱

Happy Easter Sunday to all of our staff, residents Happy Easter Sunday to all of our staff, residents and supporters! ✝

Today marks an important day in the Christian calendar, a day that fills us with hope for the future! 🙏

But the angel said, “Don’t be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Look, this is where they laid his body." Mark 16:6 🎉
