Managing Mental Health in the Workplace

A one-day training course designed to equip managers and team leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support mental wellbeing in the workplace. About: Managing Mental Health in the Workplace

This course provides managers, team leaders, HR professionals, and wellbeing leads with the practical skills and confidence to support mental health at work. Through trainer-led input, case studies, group discussions, and reflection exercises, participants will gain hands-on experience in recognising mental health challenges, responding effectively, and creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.

By the end of the course, attendees will be able to identify early warning signs of mental health difficulties, intervene appropriately, and support staff while maintaining their own wellbeing.
