Giving a compliment is your way of letting us know that something we’re doing is working. It helps us recognise the hard work of our team and encourages us to keep delivering the kind of service you deserve. You might want to thank a support worker who listened when you needed it most, or let us know that an activity, decision, or part of your accommodation made a difference to your wellbeing.
You can share a compliment in any way that feels natural to you. Speak to a member of staff, write a message, phone the office, or use our website form. However you do it, we’ll make sure your thanks are passed on to the right people.
We don’t just appreciate compliments, we learn from them too. Positive feedback tells us what’s working well, so we can build on those strengths and bring the same quality of care to others across our services.
