Maintenance in Torbay Housing

You can access more information about your accommodation, and manage any maintenance requests via the Arthur Occupant on your phone.

The Arthur Occupant app is available on both the Apple Store and Google Play.

All maintenance requests/reports should be done via Aurther to ensure they are logged and get delt with.
