This Christmas, can you help us continue to give tailored life-saving support so that young people are no longer stuck in the cycle of homelessness?  

Over the last ten years, YMCA Exeter has supported over 400 young people to successfully move through up to four stages of supported accommodation and into independent living.  

Help us transform the lives of young people with access to safe, high-quality homes and the unique care they need. 

Ten pounds could give four residents a nutritious meal through our Foodboost program.

£30 will help one young person learn valuable skills in our Lighthouse Training Program.

Fifty pounds could help one young person access counselling support.    

£100 will help provide a warm room to a homeless young person   

For every £1 of income we receive

  • 77p is spent on providing supported accommodation, mental health intervention and community support initiatives.
  • 15p is spent on Christian leadership and governance.
  • 8p is spent on fundraising and generating sustainable income.
Gift Aid is a scheme available to charities enabling us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate, from the HMRC.
If you pay at least the basic rate of tax and make the donation from your own funds, we can claim the additional funds from the HMRC.  In this way Gift Aid can increase the value of your donations to us by 25%.
